Coaching

Setting and achieving personal goals is the primary focus of a coaching practice.  Creating a more balanced and meaningful life is a natural outcome that comes out of interpersonal work.   Individuals often need the help of a neutral third part to guide them through a process for life change.  Personal development is the ultimate goal, with an emphasis on developing potential, improving relationships and enhancing life functioning.

Susan takes a collaborative, therapeutic approach to coaching and empowers clients to set and achieve goals to improve their lives.  Understanding each individual comes to a coaching relationship with strengths and areas for development, Susan works to uncover potential and create an individualized plan for change.
